Product
Features:
1) Data Entry Forms
Employees Details: It is used to enter Employees details
like name, basic salary, DA, PPF and ESI contribution etc.
Employees IN and OUT Time: It is used to enter the attendance
IN and OUT of employee to calculate total payable salary, PPF
and ESI contribution of the employee.
2) Data Reports
Employees Salary Slip – Individual: This report
can be taken every month and given to employees when payment
is made. This shows details like the days worked, earned salary,
PPF and ESI contribution, deductions if any, incentive and total
Salary Payable to the employees.
Employees Salary Slip – Individual (With IN/OUT Time):
This report will show employees attendance IN and OUT Time in
specified month in Details with days worked, earned salary,
PPF and ESI contribution, deductions, incentive and total Salary
Payable to the employees.
Employees Monthly Total Salary Report: This report can
be taken for any month or any period. This report will show
the employee salary details with total salary paid month, PPF
and ESI contribution of the employer and employee etc in each
or specified month. And this will also show the GRAND TOTALS
of total salary paid month, PPF and ESI contribution of the
employer and employee for all the months specified.
Return of ESI Contribution OF Employers and Employees (Form
– 6): This report can be taken once in six months.
This report will show the employees 6 months salary details
as required by the ESI Department. This is the summary of the
“Register Form-7”. And this report can also be taken
for any period.
Employees Register (Form-7): This report can be taken
once in six months. This report will show the month wise salary
details as required by the ESI Department.
Return of PPF Contribution OF Employers and Employees:
This report can be taken once in a year. This report will show
the employees yearly salary details as required by the PPF Department.
ESI AND PPF Contribution OF Employers and Employees (Yearly
Ledger Report): This report can be taken yearly. This report
will show 12 months salary summary details as required by the
ESI AND PPF Department.
Employees Details: This report will show the employees
details like name, date of joining, address, basic salary, DA,
Total Salary etc.
